Common Questions
What if I need more totes than my package includes?
You can add extra totes at $3 per tote per week. Just let us know when you book or call us before your delivery.
What if I need the totes for longer than 10 days?
Extensions are available for $10/day. The 1 Bedroom and larger packages include one free extension day.
What happens if a tote is lost or damaged?
We hold a $250 credit card authorization at booking. Lost or severely damaged totes are charged at $12 each. Normal wear and minor scuffs are not charged.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes! We deliver 7 days a week, including weekends and most holidays. Weekend slots fill up fast, so book early.
Can I change my delivery date?
Yes, with at least 48 hours notice. Changes within 48 hours may incur a $15 rescheduling fee.
Do you service my area?
We currently serve Eugene, Oregon and surrounding areas within 30 miles. Expanding to Corvallis, Salem, and Albany in 2025. Sign up to be notified.
